Thing 1: Blogging

OK here it goes...I am a soon to be 42 year old (December 4) mother of 2 , well actually mother of 3.  Two girls and a black lab.  I have been a middle school librarian for 13 years...where does the time go.  This year my new challenge was a move to the high school. 
I am taking this class...Cool Tools for School in an attempt to stay current, to force myself to take the time to stay current and hopefully inspire my teachers and students to want to do more.
I have seen blogs.  I have read blogs.  I just never forced myself to create one....thank you for the opportunity and the hand holding Polly!
